Margarita

Ingredients: 50 ml Tequila 25 ml Cointreau 25 ml fresh lime juice Method: Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a salt rimmed Margarita glass. Garnish with a slice of lime.

Gin Fizz

Ingredients: 50 ml gin 25 ml lemon juice 12.5 ml sugar syrup soda water Method: Mix the gin, lemon juice and the sugar syrup with ice and shake well. Strain into a glass topped with ice and soda water.
