Mango Float

Ingredients:

2 packs of Graham crackers
2 packs of all purpose cream
1 can condensed milk
2 pcs of mango, sliced
clear gelatin (optional)

Procedure:
1. Whip the all purpose cream to double it’s volume.
2. Add the condensed milk and mix together.
3. Carefully lay the crackers on a plate then place the cream on top and the sliced mangoes.
Do this until you have finished all the crackers.
4. On the top layer you have the option to pour the gelatin (making sure it’s not too hot)
5. Set a side for a few hours to let the cream be absorbed by the crackers.
6. Chill

Lava Flow Cocktail

  • 1 oz. Light Rum
  • 1 oz. Malibu coconut rum
  • 2 oz. strawberries
  • 2 oz. pineapple juice
  • 2 oz. coconut cream
  • 1 banana

Aye, as ey was at le Port of Hilo, on the Big Island of Hawaii, that I perchance a drink of this elixir at Cronies. Delicious et superb, it was smooth, refreshing, and tasty. Basically a pina colada with a hint of grenadine. To mix this disaster:
You need yer rum, two types, of course; pineapple juice, coconut cream, strawberries, and bananas. Blend together the strawberries and rum to pour in the glass first, then blend the bananas, coconut cream, and pineapple juice to carefully pour atop the rum n’ strawberries. The strawberry concoction will creep up the sides of the glass like a lava flow, and there be yer drink! in da flavor of Hawaii. Rating: 4 stars out of 5.

Creamy Cheese Grits

Ingredients:
Grits, American Cheese, Whole Milk, Butter, Salt and Pepper.
Cook grits according to package instructions on stove top. Stir in milk, several slices of cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
If grits are still lumpy after following directions on package, add a little more milk and continue to stir until smooth.
Serve with sunny side up eggs and bacon.

Spicy Stir Fry Cabbage

Ingredients:
Head of Cabbage, 1/2 Green Pepper, 1/4 Onion, Cooking Oil, Salt and Pepper.

Wash and cut cabbage, green pepper and onion. Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in fry pan. Add ingredients and salt and pepper to your liking. Stir fry on medium heat for 10 minutes until tender. Add enough water to cover the bottom of pan. Cover with lid and simmer for additional 12 to 15 minutes. Serve with chicken or pork.

Tasty Bran Cereal Treat

Ingredients:
Bran Buds or Flakes, Almond Milk and Unsalted Trail Mix (nuts and raisins)
Mix bran flakes or buds, trail mix in bowl. Add chilled almond milk for a delicious healthy breakfast.

Bangin Bake Beans

Ingredients:
Can Bake Beans, Ground Meat, Green Peppers, Sugar and Butter.

Brown a lb of ground meat while adding cut green pepper. Drain. Heat 2 - 4 cans of bake beans any flavor on low flame, and add 1/4 cup sugar and 2 pats butter and ground meat mixture. Simmer for ten minutes and serve.

Hail Ceasar Shrimp Salad

Ingredients:
Frozen peeled and deveined Shrimp, Romaine Lettuce, Parmesean Cheese, Ceasar Dressing, Coconut Oil, Season Salt.

Depending on number of people being served, have enough shrimp for each forkfull.
Heat a few spoonfuls of coconut oil in a pan on low heat. Rinse frozen shrimp and season with small amount of season salt. Add to pan and stirfry until shrimp butterflies and flesh is suculent. Wash and cut lettuce in large bowl. Add Shrimp straight from pan , pour on the dressing to taste, and sprinkle parmesean cheese while stirring all together. Voila! The coconut oil will add a wonderful flavor. Enjoy..
