Ingredients:
2 tbsp margarine
1 tsp garlic, minced
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 cup ground beef
1/3 cup water
2 pcs hotdog, sliced
1/2 cup carrots, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
4 cups cooked rice
1/3 bottle banana ketchup
quail eggs cooked for garnishing
Procedure:
1. Saute garlic and onion in margarine.
2. Add ground beef and saute until brown.
3. Add water and bring to a boil.
4. Stir in hotdog and carrots and simmer until dry.
5. Season with salt.
6. Add rice and banana ketchup.
7. Blend well.
8. Garnish with quail eggs.
