Ingredients:
100 gm mushroom
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 cup cabbage (chopped)
1 tablespoon salad oil
1 cup moong sprout
Salt to taste
1 cup carrot (grated)
½ teaspoon pepper
Method:
Cut mushrooms into 4 pieces and boil for 3-4 minutes in salted water. Mix all the ingredients. Chill and serve.
