INGREDIENTS
5 eggs,
3 cloves
3 cardamoms
1 stick cinnamon
4 cups onion paste
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
2 teaspoon red chilly powder
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
2 teaspoon coriander powder
¼ cup oil , salt to taste
Method: Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add cloves, cardamoms, cinnamon and
fry lightly. Add the onion paste and sauté till it turns golden brown. Add the ginger garlic paste and sauté again till the raw flavor goes. Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder , coriander powder, salt and fry till the mixture turns brown. Keep aside. Boil the eggs and shallow fry in the remaining oil till they turn golden brown. Add the boiled eggs to the masala and mix gently. Serve hot with rice or bread. Serves five.
