1 cup unsweetened cranberry juice, 1 quart fresh or frozen orange juice, 1 quart fresh or frozen orange juice, 2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1 quart sparking mineral water.
Combine the juices and chill, add mineral water and ice, if desired, just before serving… Serves8-10
Potato stuffed cabbage

1 large head cabbage, 5pounds potatoes, peeled, 2onions, 1/2 cup raw rice, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 2egg whites, 1-28 ounce can tomatoes, 1 apple peeled and sliced, 1/4 teaspoon groung ginger
Boil the cabbage and seperate the leaves, level the knif against outer side of each leaf and remove the excess of the heavy center without cutting into the leaf. Set aside several large outer leaves, grate the potatoes and the small cabbage leaves near the core. Grate the onions over the potatoes and the cabbage. Add the rice, and pepper, beat the egg whites with a fork until they are frothy , add this to the poataoe mixture. Fill each cabbage leaf with 2 tablespoons of the filling, fold the sides in, and rolled up, and secure with tooth picks, if necessary. Linr the bottom of a dutch oven with the larger outer cabbage leaves sliced up, slice the second onion and add it to the pot, add tomatoes, apples and ginger. Place the rolled stuffed cabbage leaves into the pot
Pineapple fruit boats

You would need 1large ripe pineapple, 1 cantaloupe melon
Cut the pineapple in half lenghwise, then cut each half in thirds lengthwise, slide a knife between the rind and the pineapple flesh on all pieces, then cut the flesh into thick slices. Push every other slice half off the rind, creating a checkerboard effect, scoop the melon into round balls, and place a melon ball in each openplaces on the rind. Cill and serve.

Strawberry- filled melon

2 small cantalopes, 1 pint fresh strawberries.
Cut the melons into halves and remove the seeds, scallop the edges by making zig-zag slices with a sharp knife.Scoop out melon balls, wash and hull the strawberries and mix with the melon balls and return to the melon halves, cut a small slice from the bottom of each melon if it does not stand upright. chill and serve. serves 4
Baked Apple pudding

1 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour, 2cups skim milk, 1/4 cup undiluted frozen apple juice concentrated, thawed, 2teaspoons vanilla extract, 4eggs whites, 4 apples, 1/4 cup orange juice, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Combine the flour, milk, apple juice, and vanilla. Beat the egg whites lightly with a fork until they are foamy ; Add them to the batter and mix well, set the batter aside , and peel and slice the apples; spread them in a neat layer over the bottom of an 8-12-inch pan. Sprinkle the orange juice evenly over the apples, add half of the cinnamon and the ginger to the batter and sprinkle the other half over the aples. Pour the batter over the apples, bake in a preheated 400 degrees oven for 30 minutes, or until they are lightly browned and well set. Cut the pudding into squares and serve with mock sour cream cheese. serve for 6.
Blueberry Cottage cheese pancakes

1 cup uncreamed cottage cheese, 1/4 cup skim milk, 3/4 cup unbleached-all-purpose flour, 4 egg whites, 1 1/2 cup whole fresh blueberries,
Combine the cheese, milk, and flour. Beat the egg whites with a fork until just frothy; add to the cheese mixture. Add the lemon juice and stir. Add blueberries, spoon the batter onto a nonstick griddle; turn when the tops begin to bubble and the bottoms are lightly browned. Serves 4

This is really good. 1. 1 cup of uncreamed cottage cheese, 2. 4 sclices soudough bread, 3. 1/4 cup of undiluted frozen apple juice concentrated, thawed, 4. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 5. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Spread the cottage cheesse generously on each slice of bread. Drizzle the apple juice over the cheese Sprinkle on the cinnamon and the ginger. Put the bread slices under the broiler until they are lightly browned. Then serve at once, and it serve 4.
No bake Choco-Peanut-Oatmeal cookies

Here is a great way of making cookies without turning the oven on if you do not want a hot kitchen, here are the ingredients that you would need. 1. 1/2 cup of milk, 2cups white sugar, 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, 3 tablespoons crunchy or creamy peanutbutter, 1/2 cup butter, 3 cups rolled oats, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
1. wipe about 1inch band with butter around the rim of the pan to prevent a boil over.
2. mix together milk, sugar, cocoa, butter, and peanut butter.
3. stir and bring to a boil over medium heat, let boil for about 1 1/2 minutes do not stir.
4. remove from the heat, then stir in the oats and vanilla, stir until oats are evenly distributed.
5. drop by teaspoon full onto waxed paper, let cool, and this makes about 4-5 dozen of cookies
green slime lemonade

indredients: 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup hot water, 6 large lemons, 3 cups chilled water, a few drops of green food coloring, slices of lime, orange, and kiwi.
1. In a bowl, make syrup by stirring the sugar into the hot water until it has completely dissolved. Set aside to cool.
2. In a punch bowl, squeeze the lemons until you have about 1 cup of lemon juice.
3. Into the juic, stir the syrup, chilled water, and food coloring. Decorate with slices of lime, orange, and kiwi. makes about 6 servings
Poor mans sloppy joes…

ingredients: 1lb groung beef, 1/2 of chop onion, 1tsp of salt, 1tsp og pepper, 4tsp of chili pepper, 8oz ketchup, 2oz. of mustard.
1. cook the ground beef and onion together, and add salt, pepper, 2tsp of chili pepper let all of it cook together until the meat is well done then drain the greese.
2. then put it back onto medium heat, and then add the ketchup, mustard, and 2tsp of chili pepper, stir all together, and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
