Recipe for Apple Side Dish

Ingredients:

3 apples cut medium size

2 tbsp oil

1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds

1/2 tsp mustard seeds

1/2 tsp cumin seeds

 1 tsp coriander seeds

2 chopped green chillies

4 sliced spring onions

2 boiled potatoes cut medium size

1 shredded tomato

2 tsp sugar

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp shredded almonds

100 gm green beans

 1 tbsp chopped coriander

Method:
Heat oil in a pan and add fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and coriander seeds. Cook for 1minute.  Add chillies and spring onions.  Saute for 1 minute. Stir in potatoes, apples and tomatoes. Allow it to soften. Add sugar, lemon juice and seasoning. Finally add remaining ingredients and serve hot with rice.
