Frozen Mocha Cheesecake

Ingredients:
1 1/4 c. chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 package of cream cheese(8 oz.), softened
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
2/3 c. chocolate flavored syrup
2 tbsp. instant coffee
1 tsp hot water
1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, whipped
Procedures:
1. Combine crumbs, sugar and butter.
2. Buttered the 9×13 inch baking dish, tap crumbs (mixed with sugar and butter) firmly on bottom and sides of pan and chill.
3. Use a large mixer bowl and beat the cream cheese until fluffly
4. Add condensed milk and the chocolate syrup to the beaten cream cheese.
5. In a separate bowl, dissolve coffee in hot water then add to the mixture. Mix well.
6. Fold in the whipped cream. Pour into the prepared pan.
7. Cover and freeze for six hours or until firm.
8. Garnish with chocolate crumbs and served.
