TUNA FETTUCCINE
Ingredients:
1 all purpose cream
1/2 cup water
1 and 1/2 cans tuna (Flakes in vegetable oil) - drained
1/2 bar cheddar cheese - grated
2 cloves of garlic - minced
1/4 bar butter
1 pack of Noodles 500 grams - I cooked only half of this
*Serves 5-6 people
1. Melt butter in pan over low fire. Once melted, wait 2 minutes and put the garlic. Fry til the garlic is golden brown. Add the tuna. Fry for 5 minutes over low-medium fire. Add the cream and the water and cheese. Mix altogether and continue stirring for five-seven minutes (still over low fire) or til the cheese is all melted.
*If not salty enough, you can add more grated cheese.
2. Cook Noodles separately.
3. Put desired amount of sauce onto the noodles and serve. You may add grated cheese on top.

My mom in law is a very good cook. We are from the island of Polillo , Quezon and we have a very distinct taste. However her recipe would always gather applause in every occassion she is invited to cook. Even if they are from batangas, nueva ecija or manila. She is indeed a very pleasant cook as I noticed her while working that she is indeed enjoying her work.Perhaps thats the main reason why everything she cooks is a big hit!
Once I had a taste of her potato salad. It is cooked with a native potato that can only be found in Quezon. Awesome! It is very tasty and would make you crave for more. From then on, Mom in laws potato salad would always be my most requested food. Im glad she is very generous to share the recipe to me…
My daughter oftentimes spend her vacation there with my inlaws and she said that MIL has no secret ingredients to her potato salad. Its just that mom inlaw is cooking all hre recipe with a big smile on her face. Thats it!Cooking something for your loved ones will always make you happy. This will surely give a very tasty meal to everyone.
So i suggest everyon ethat when you are cooking always think of happy thoughts as it will make every meal a special treat to your loved ones. Moreover, make it a habit to be clean in preparing your food. This are simple tips and yet it always comes handy and practical.
